The billing process was confusing and left me

feeling frustrated after check-in. The room itself was decent, and I appreciated the cleanliness. However, it was misleading to not be informed upfront about potential extra charges. Shouldn't guest clarity be a priority? Overall, I'd hesitate to return.

Rooms need better maintenance!!! Parking security could use improvement!!! An upgrade in hygiene standards would go a long way!!! Also, Wi-Fi connection issues need to be resolved!!!

The staff greeted us warmly which made checking in easy. The lobby had a welcoming vibe, and we appreciated the layout which made it comfortable to relax. I enjoyed the pool area. it was clean and well-maintained, perfect for unwinding after a long day.

However, the elevator was out of service during my entire four-day stay.

I also appreciated the reliable business center, which helped me finalize my presentations efficiently.

The only minor downside was that the bed was slightly firmer than I prefer.

Met a couple of really great staff members, especially Julia, who gave us some good suggestions for things to do around here. The shower in our room was, wow, like something outta a spa, really made our mornings feel fresh and clean.

Formidable for what we paid, that's for sure.

Had an awesome time with friends! We checked out St Jude's Hospital and Shelby Farms. Hit up Battlefront LaserTag. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was great. Amenities like the bar in the lobby really made our stay enjoyable.

Had a little hiccup when we arrived. our room's lock was broken initially. It took a bit to sort out, but it wasn't a huge deal.
